Thea's Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges nor refunds. All items on the site are Final Sale.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It must be reported within 5 days it was delivered.

Picture will need to be provided for damage or wrong item sent on order.
